Eric Haines will bring his One Man Band to the 2023 Washington County Fair. You never know when you'll turn a corner and find Eric with the bass drum on his back, a banjo over his shoulder and plenty of bells and whistles everywhere else that he will manage to play. You might also get the chance to play along with him on maracas, spoons, and a washboard equipped with a cowbell!
